the staff welcomed me with such warmth, i felt completely at ease. they helped me with every request, and their smiles were so genuine. the location near local spots made exploring convenient. the sounds of the waves created a serene atmosphere. i enjoyed the many moments of true bliss.
i did find the music a bit loud at times by the pool, but that was only occasionally.

The pool extends 48 meters. It features a swim-up bar, and a beach club lounge is available. a separate beach bar operates with a beach menu. there are many beach chairs, a great touch. the gym has a good range of equipment. It is always quiet.

The staff was friendly and always ready to help. sahan, from room service, was polite, attentive, professional, and friendly. His service was perfect. madruanga, from housekeeping, was also very good and friendly. the buggy service offered a refreshing welcome.

The room was spacious and offered plenty of storage. it had an iron and ironing board, also a hairdryer was in the room. there was a lovely bath and a great shower with a vanity mirror. the air conditioning was quiet. I slept well.

the gym had plenty of equipment. i found the free yoga a nice touch.
the check-in experience was not good. the receptionist didn't seem particularly helpful. it was a disappointing start, especially as other staff members i encountered were quite nice.
